Our products provide safe sleep and transport for newborn babies and are therefore considered essential. We will continue to ship all orders while we are in lockdown at any level.
In Auckland's current traffic light system, we are operating under Red. Customers can click & collect from our Silverdale warehouse. Collection will be via appointment only, between 9 am – 12 pm Monday - Friday. Our Dispatch team will be in contact with you to make these arrangements with you once your order is ready. All other orders will continue to be delivered as usual.
Based on Government recommendations, our team are continuing to work from home where possible. Our Silverdale Showroom is open to the public via appointment only between 9 am - 12 pm. Please email hello@edwardsandcobaby.com to book a time slot.
During lockdowns or sale periods, we see an increase in enquiries which results in delays to our response times. To enable you to get answers to your questions as quickly as possible, and reduce email enquiries, we have provided answers below to the most common questions we get asked during our sale periods.
