We provide a repair service for Edwards & Co products at our warehouse in Silverdale, Auckland.
Before you book a repair, it is possible that we will be able to resolve your issue without the need for you to bring or send your stroller in.
In the first instance, please search our Support Centre to see if there is a solution to the issue you are experiencing. There is a list at the end of this article with common issues that may be easily resolved.
If your stroller requires a repair but you do not live in Auckland, we can provide you with a quote for the repair including pick up and return freight costs.
We also have Service Days at various retailers throughout New Zealand where we may be able to repair your issue for you. You will find these Service Days on our website's Events page along with details of how to book in.

We will require the following information to be able to assess your repair and provide you with a quote, so please include this in your email:
- A picture or video of the issue you are experiencing
- A copy of your original purchase receipt showing date of purchase.
- Your street address, email address and mobile number.
- For an Otto or Oscar Mx repair, we will also require a picture of the stroller manufacturing sticker which you will find on the stroller frame, near the storage basket.
