Oscar Mx: It sounds like the rear wheels on my Oscar Mx are rubbing when I walk. Can I fix this?

If you hear a rubbing noise in the rear wheels of your Oscar Mx when you are pushing it, please remove the rear wheels and look on the inner side of the wheels and also within the wheel housing on the stroller frame.

When you do this, if you can you see what looks like dark dust, or tiny shavings please take a photo of this and email it to us at [e-mail] along with:

- a copy of your original purchase receipt showing the date of purchase,

- a picture of the manufacturing sticker which you'll find on the inside of your stroller frame,

- your delivery address, mobile number and email address.

Once we have this information above, we'll be in touch asap with next steps.
