Yes, this can be fixed easily. There is a small part that will need to be replaced - a small spring.
We will send you the spring which you can replace within the front wheel unit and will email you a video showing you how to do this.
Depending on when you purchased your stroller, this will be replaced under warranty.

To complete a warranty claim, we will require:
- a description or video of the issue,
- a copy of your original purchase receipt showing the date of purchase,
- a picture of the manufacturing sticker which you'll find on the inside of your stroller frame, near the parcel tray,
- your delivery address, phone number and email address.
Once we have this information, we will consider your claim and get in touch asap with next steps.
