Oscar Mx: Can I arrange for my Oscar Mx to be serviced?

We provide free servicing for your Oscar Mx at our warehouse in Silverdale, Auckland.  

If it's not possible for you to come to our warehouse, we have Service Days at various retailers throughout New Zealand.  You will find these on our website's Events page along with details on how to book in.

Before you book a service, it is possible that we will be able to resolve your issue without the need for you to bring your stroller in.

In the first instance, please search our FAQs to see if there is a solution to the issue you are experiencing.  We have listed some easily resolved issues below.  Following this, please email us at [e-mail] and describe the issue.  We will be in touch asap with troubleshooting or other suggestions for possible solutions. 

Issues that can easily be resolved may include:

Brakes are not engaging properly on my Oscar Mx.

Canopy on Oscar Mx is popping back when fully extended.

Front Wheel is wobbling, shuddering or jumping.

Hubcap or centre circle on Oscar Mx rear wheel has fallen out.

Lock on front wheel of Oscar Mx drops down.

Oscar Mx is veering to one side when pushing.

Rear wheel of Oscar Mx is clicking or rattling.

Rubbing noise coming from rear wheel/s of Oscar Mx.

Seat release buttons are not staying in when pressed.

Squeaking noise coming from Oscar Mx wheels.
