- the number identifying the faulty part - you will find this from the image below which lists and labels all parts (starts with PSK),
- a picture of the fault,
- a picture of the batch sticker which you'll find on the base slats of your SnuzKot,
- your original purchase receipt showing date of purchase,
- your address and phone number.
Once we have this information, we'll be in touch within 2 business days to advise next steps.
